Prep Station

Used for preparation, priming and minimal topcoat applications. Most prep stations function like a downdraft spray booth with the exception of using open shop air. The air is exhausted through the floor entering a series of filters then forced through the ceiling creating a constant flow. Prep stations are usually isolated by large transparent curtains which transmit as much light as possible. Prep stations help keep dust and hazardous fumes from contaminating the shop air.
