Refinish Repaired Existing/Recycled Panel

1. Obtain Paint Code

2. Mix Color

3. Solvent Wash

4. Feather Edge

5. Dust Removal with Air

6. Mask to Prime

7. Tack Wipe

8. Apply plastic Adhesion Promoter (a material used to increase the adhesion of a topcoat to raw plastic material's) to Raw Plastic.

9. Mix and Apply Primer Filler

10. Apply Guide Coat (if needed)

11. Block Sand

12. Wet or Dry Sand

13. Scuff Pad Panel

14. Dust or Water Removal with Air

15. Mask to Paint and Cover Remainder of Vehicle

16. Final Solvent Wash

17. Tack Wipe

18. Mix and Apply Basecoat

19. Mix and Apply Midcoat

20. Mix and Apply Single-Stage Color

21. Mix and Apply Clearcoat

22. Add Flex Additive (a plasticizer used to increase flexibility of refinish materials) to Clearcoat as Required.
